  | Duluth Bath Room Project | Sep 2014 | This project was completed for a homeowner in Berkley Walk Neighborhood (John Weiland Community). She wanted a complete master bath renovation. A new walk in shower large enough that shower doors were not needed. Two shampoo niches were built and this shower has multiple heads with diverting valves. Two vanities with granite tops and under mount sink bowls were installed. One accent wall was completely tiled.   | Sugar Hill Master Bath | Jun 2012 | Master Bathroom Renovation , Homeowner contracted with Maddox Building Group to remodel their master bath. Stand up shower has frame less shower glass, multiple shower heads and body sprays, a bench seat, and creative tile design. A freestanding tub is the focal point complete with a tub filler. Something that was very unique in this bath is the angled toilet designed to fit into a corner.   | Suwanee Detached Garage | May 2012 | Detached garage built for car enthusiast. Complete 3 bay garage with 12 foot walls. This project was built on a slab that required more than 30 helical piers to be installed due to the site location. This garage is built in a flood zone next to creek. The owner restores antique cars and needed a fully functional garage complete with an office, storage, concrete strong enough to support lifts and other equipment. | $46k | Suwanee, GA |
  | Johns Creek Basement | Jun 2010 | Complete renovation of our homeowners basement led to another satisfied customer. As do many of our projects this one led to our homeowner telling his friends and neighbors of how satisfied he was, which resulted in the completion of other projects. The homeowner requested we turn his basement into a place he could entertain. We designed a full bar complete with a wine cooler,refrigerator, granite counter tops, bar top, and customized cabinetry. His movie theater was built to give the impression of being in the cockpit of a jet. The homeowner is a pilot and so our company was able to get creative and personalize this room. The surround sound and visual effects are top of the line. The rest of his basement includes a full gymnasium, pool table/arcade room, full bath, bed room, and dining area.
