High Ridge Home Solutions

I cannot stress enough how disappointed we are with High Ridge Home Solutions. The company completed a roof repair on our house for a small leak in the middle of July. We contacted them the next day with a simple question but never had a response. When Irma came through we discovered that not only had they not adequately repaired the original leak, but instead made it much worse than before. When we called Paul, he immediately answered the phone when he believed it was new business. Once he heard it was warranty work, he asked me to text him my information. Since that time, High Ridge Home Solutions has not responded to a single text or phone call to either the main line or the cell line that Paul passed to us. They were called and texted every day for a week without a single response. Had they bothered to respond even once to let us know that they would be willing to honor their 1 year warranty on the work they did, I wouldn't be so disappointed. However, it is very clear that this company does not intend to honor their word. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
