Jordan Slayter was my technician. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Very cordial and professional upon arrival. Introduced himself and his assistant and went to work to identify the problem. Within 20 minutes he had my AC working again. Extremely knowledgeable and explained AC filters and how they should be used. I had been using double filters which was putting a strain on my AC unit. Highly recommend this company.
