terrible. this owner doesn't stand behind his work. He left me hanging going into a closing with a roof issue not resolved, although he was paid in full, and the repair was described in his estimate. He refused to return and complete the repair unless he obtained additional work related to the closing. He was highly recommended by my realtor, but told me "That's Business" and "Don't disclose anything. The job was finished" This problem set off a firestorm of issues between realtors and left me hanging with the problem unresolved. The owner clearly doesn't stand behind his work. BEWARE
