Renewal by Andersen - Pittsburgh

We were on the hunt for a window company to install new windows in our home. Our current windows were 40 year old Andersons and in need of replacement. Knowing Andersons has a great product we contacted Renewal by Anderson and scheduled an appointment for them to visit our home and evaluate our windows and offer any suggestions for replacement. On April 7, 2016 Massimo Lista, Design Consultant and his partner John arrived at our home. They were very professional and help us to determine the type of windows that would best serve our needs. As a result of their visit we were able to make a sound decision on replacing all of the windows in our home, a total 16 windows. We also had been looking for many years to replace our entrance door and rear glass sliding door. They were also able to show us a wide variety of doors to choose from. As a result we decided to have Renewal by Anderson replace (2) doors and (16) windows. The final measurements were done by John Simmons prior to our order being placed. John was also very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. Joe and his crew (Riley, John, and Jay) were also a pleasure to have our home they were professional and answered all questions I had. . We would recommend them to anyone needing new doors and windows. It was a stress free process from start to finish.

salesman was knowledgeable about product and installers were professional and efficient. we were initially told that the installation would take two days, but it was done in just one day. installers left my house cleaner that it was when they got there, even mopped my kitchen floor! You'd never know any demo/construction had been done, except that the windows look AMAZING! we were very pleased with the whole process.

Love, Love, Love our new windows and doors by Renewal by Andersen!! After getting quotes from other company's - Renewal by Andersen was by far the best product. It was slightly more expensive, but remember, you get what you pay for, and I felt our 'home' was worth it. The crew that installed our windows were fantastic! Jay, Joe, Randy and Riley were awesome! Friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable craftsmen in every sense of the word! They worked hard, and seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing - thus taking pride in what they were doing. Our new windows and doors are incredible and I couldn't be happier with Renewal by Andersen products, and the employees who work for them!

The entire process was wonderful! The connections to the office personnel were all smooth and satisfactory. The salesman, Chaz, was knowledgeable and friendly. The guy who did the measurements, (trying really hard to remember his name but it was a while ago:), was so nice and really good with the whole process. The crew that did the work with Jay and Joe were all nice guys who clearly knew what they were doing. They were respectful, neat, moved quickly on a cold February day and the whole process was swift and easy. They even did a great clean up inside and outside. Love the entire operation! Very happy with great workmanship and windows!
