Mr. Appliance of Montgomery

I called Mr. repair man to repair my washer. I scheduled a time from 11:15 to 1 for the repair man to arrive at a range time off work. I received a text with the time listed. At 10 o'clock the repair man called me and said he was at my home. I told him that I had a different time in writing and could not takeoff work. He said it was not his problem! I called to report it to the office, and they accused me of being rude and canceled my service. Never, ever, use this company! They are neither on their scheduled time nor reliable! I can only imagine how terrible the work must be!
