They are dishonest and will not take responsibility for mistakes they (or their workers) make. They do whatever they can to save themselves some money.

Where is their insurance? They say she gave it to us. Fake news No Sent Brian, a dementia patient who was very out of it to our business. He verbally took lead, didn’t remember things, talked nonsense and fried our ice cream display. True, he worked with another guy but he was in there not his wife Debbie. Other techs, 3, say they messed up. Debbie blames me the customer and also talks in circles. Not their fault. My fault. I expect she has some reason she can’t be reasoned with. Wanted to pick a local small biz. Now I ask, prove you are NATe certified, insured, bonded, drug free and no criminal background. Yeah, I didn’t think so. Where is the insurance? Shoddy workmanship and passing Brian off as a tech when he needed care. Shame

WE HAVE USED BRIAN AND SON'S FOR YEARS. OUR FURNACE WENT OUT THE OTHER DAY AND THEY CAME THE SAME DAY AND GAVE US THE BAD NEWS. OUR 41 YEAR OLD UNIT WAS GONE. DEBBIE THE OWNER CAME OUT THAT NIGHT AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THE INFO SHE GAVE US. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE HERE THE NEXT MORNING AND WE HAD HEAT THAT DAY. THE INSTALLERS WERE REALLY GREAT.OMAR AND JACOB DID A GREAT JOB OF KEEPING US INFORMED OF HOW THINGS WERE GOING. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND VERY FAIR. VERY HONEST PEOPLE. NEVER TRIED TO OVER SELL. CLEAN UP WAS WONDERFUL. JACOB TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THAT WAS DONE. WE WOULD NEVER USE ANY OTHER COMPANY. JOB WELL DONE.
