Mark quoted me 650.00 for 3 men for 4 hours with 135.00 for each additional hours. He also quoted me 385.00 for 2 men for 3 hours with 99.00 for each additional hours. I wanted 3 men. Only 2 people showed up the day of the move. One guy and a girl. We only had them moving the heavy items so this was not practical. Mark did not call us to tell us he shorted us a person and sent a girl. I had to have the man he sent call him at the end. He charged me 800.00 for 6 hours. This is 115.00 OVER the price for 2 MEN. Basically, I paid more for 1 person than I would have for 3 people like I asked for. Then the truck left a huge oil stain on my brand new driveway. They scratched walls and damaged 2 pieces of furniture. I wanted him to give me the 115.00 back he overcharged me and an extra 85.00 for the damage. Honestly, I should have only paid for 1 person, because that is what I basically got. He said he would reimburse me and that has not happened. He told me he didn't deposit the check and I was going to send him a new check for 600.00 but he lied and deposited it anyway. DO NOT use this company. I am going to take him to small claims court, because I have emails with the quotes and he flat out lied and overcharged me. He hung up on me when I called and sent a text telling me to never call him again. This house is brand new and I had every right to be upset about the damage done to the driveway and walls. I would give no stars if that was an option. HORRIBLE customer service.
