J J SOMMERS INC

Owner is selling this place and he doesn't care I believe about anything and anybody. Very rude and arrogant person. My under warranty riding mower engine stopped working so I dropped it to JJ SOMMERS. I'm not sure if he even checked or diagnosed the problem. But for sure he said it was my fault (so no warranty coverage) because I was mowing without oil engine and mower was over speeding ??????. I couldn't have even equal conversation about the reason of engine failure (like oil pump failure or similar) because he was permanently hanging out on me. Just my fault. I took my riding mower to another service and after two weeks I got my fixed under warranty riding mower back. I do not recommend JJ SOMMERS at all. Go anywhere else but not to this boorish owner/service.
