Green-Way Pro Chem-Lawn

I used this contractor for a large tree planting project. The contractor misrepresented his capabilities and expertise and was not remotely qualified to perform the job. He did not have the proper tools, equipment and staff and did not provide the necessary on-site supervision. He did not have a clue about transplanting trees and was totally unaware of the landscaping industry standards. As a result almost 50% of the trees he planted died w/in less than a year. The contractor was unreliable and rarely on the job to supervise and provide direction to his untrained, high turn-over staff. At best the work performed was sloppy and not up to minimum acceptable landscaping industry standards. In the end the contractor walked off the job prior to completion. I made the mistake of trusting the contractor and worked w/o a written contract and the contractor billed me for unauthorized work and supplies. After the fact I checked around Montrose and discovered that he has a terrible reputation for lousy work. Not only would I not recommend this contractor, I wouldn’t even let him mow my lawn. The consensus in Montrose is that this contractor should be put out of business.
