Paul's Asphalt Service LLC

Paul's Asphalt was contracted to pave the driveway on my newly built home, with a 1 year warranty included. Within a month of moving in, there was a significant crack and depression formed at the edge of the driveway. I immediately contacted Paul to inspect and repair the work, which they did. However, at the time of the repair, which was done at no cost, there was an attempt to upsell me on a sealing coat - I declined this offer due to other workmanship concerns. I must say that I am happy I declined the sealant, as less than a month later a large divit appeared near the original damage, along with a noticeable depression across the width of my driveway much like an inverted speed bump. I again asked for the damage to be inspected. To make a long story short, between grading and asphalt during the build, the utility company trenched equipment across my driveway. And rather than inspect the surface before completing the work, Paul's crew simply decided to place asphalt over any and any surface without any apparent methodology or or QC. Even with my 1 year warranty, the owner's son explained that he would need to charge me to correct the job that was not done properly the first time and was only 2 months into the 12 month warranty. Unless you are looking for a complete lack of accountability and pride of workmanship, I cannot recommend this company.
