A & E Home Repair

We had a contract with Waylon Mullins of A&E Home repair. He was to do a make ready of our house so we could sale it. his contract stated that if anything was found by the realtor after he was done he would go back and finish the work. he finished, the realtor found a number of items he did not complete. We tried many times unsuccessfully to contact Waylon so he could take care of these items per the contract he signed. he never returned a call or a text. We had to hire another company to finish his job. I would not recommend this scam artist to anyone. I have contacted the BBB and will be contacting an attorney as well.
