Half a** work and then no communication. Started looking into the owner and found numerous Home Fraud cases. Asked around with other local pool companies and they informed me that the owner was very shady. Live and learn, I guess.

Buyer beware. This company charges an enormous price to install pools but doesn't finish the job. The rail around the top of the liner is not on right. The supports are not together, They took my sand for the pool. They purposely removed 4-67 ft of dirt under my concrete patio and now I have to break the concrete completely because it wasn't safe to stand on it was cracked all the way back to where they removed the dirt and wouldn't come back and fix it. So now I have to build a new patio where it cracked off which is costing me so far $630 . There isn't a protector liner under the pool either. They did a half assed job and claimed they know how to install pools. It isn't installed correctly. They used profanity with me ("f") word many times. Threatened me. They are very unprofessional. They did a very poor job. Owner says he has been doing pools for almost 30 years but he isn't the one that shows up to work. You are only as good as the people you hire and they installed my pool wrong. I have already reported them to the BBB.

The crew took just over a day & half to tear out our old pool & install a new one. They were prompt, courteous & did a great job. They also repaired one of my hoses used to fill the pool as well as moved the slab my pump & filer were on. I would highly recommend them.

I paid $7059.53 for an above ground pool that was to be buried 2 ft. Paid cash. The staff told me it would be $2,600 for the install. A day before the install, I was told it would be $3,100 by N-Style to install and another $500 to push the dirt up against the pool. I told them that they could leave the mountain of dirt. Turns out that pushing the dirt up against the pool meant back filling the trench around the pool. Now I have a trench 2 ft deep around my pool. Beware of this company and the installer N-Style Pools and spas. Big mistake in dealing with them.
