We initially had a nice experience with Mike for our bathroom remodel and were ready to move forward with the contract, just needed to figure out the custom vanity piece. Karen quoted me $5000+ for a new vanity (partial MDF) in one of 2 colors we didn't really care for. She recommended I contact other vendors and get back to her. I found a local cabinet maker that offered the color and style we wanted at over $1000 less (all wood vs MDF), but required they install to protect again potential damage during transport or installation, which makes sense to me. I called Karen to share we were ready to sign and set a date and was floored by her attitude and response. Karen flipped out and told me unless she and Mike installed it, they were dropping our project we've been waiting on for months. I asked if they would assume liability if something should happen and she said No, raised her voice, and hung up on me. I'm not sure how things are done in NY or NJ or wherever they're from, but that doesn't work around here.

We hired Michael to do a custom laundry room for us in our new home. We wanted something more special than stock cabinets but did not want to pay top price for 42" maple that the cabinet store offered. Micheal came out and we sketched what I wanted. He offered me tons of options to choose from. He started the job on time, he was meticulous with his work and on point with his original quote. We would recommend Michael to anyone that is seeking custom work at a reasonable price.

Creation has painted my home - both inside and out. They added crown molding and other trim work on the interior. They are clean, considerate, reliable and very professional. Highly recommend!
