Terrible experience with RD Services of Lake Norman. They act like they know how to perform a remodel, but they do less than amateur work. Drywall patches were unsanded and then painted over. They refuse to fix the issues and rather just continue to patch over patches. No honesty in their work, beware.

We did several things renovating my parents house on Lake Norman to sell it. Ryan did a great job, fair pricing and did several things for us in a timely manner.

BEWARE. Nightmare experience with RD Services. Had to pay professionals to un-do and re-do the job we paid RD Services to do. 5 year Workmanship Warranty is worthless because it is based on what RD Services chooses to do. Not the true situation and required fix. Filed a complaint with the BBB in Charlotte. BEWARE.
