We opened our doors in 2006 after first gaining industry experience working for other local residential and commercial builders in Iredell County. We are a licensed N.C. I have used Dave for numerous projects around my house - from repair to a full build out of a pier roof and a closet addition to a room and can honestly say - Dave does it right the 1st time. I have never had to call Dave back to adjust or change anything he has built or repaired for me. Dave is very competent and does things right. He shows up on time and keeps a clean work area.
