Made an appointment with this business owner for a home structural evaluation prior to closing during my due diligence period. He chose the time and day, then he no showed. Did not answer two cell phone messages or a call to his business on day of scheduled inspection. I was coming from out of state with limited time to find someone else. Would not recommend.
