Energy Masters Direct

Before I found Energy Masters, finding a reliable person and/or company to replace the rotting wood around my 8 picture windows was a complete hassle. Contractors’ phones were out of service. Multiple messages to phones that worked were never returned. People who I finally reached said the job was “too small.” After calling 4-5 contractors, I had nothing to show for it but frustration. FINALLY, I happened upon Thumbtack which led me to Energy Masters. I used the portal, found Calvin Cole, and got a reply from him quickly. He came by my home, looked at my job, personally, and provided an estimate before driving away. On Friday, 2/3/2017, Mr. Cole and his team arrived on time and got right to work. When he ran into unexpected water damage, he texted me a picture (which I appreciated…because he could have simply ignored the problem --- but he didn’t), and we took it from there. Moreover, Mr. Cole also helped me to coordinate the best arrival time for the window company that needed to arrive at the same site on the same day! Mr. Cole’s team worked around (and with) the window company, just fine. I could NOT have asked for more professionalism. In the end, Energy Masters caulked up, cleaned up, and left. I used my credit card to pay online which took about 20 seconds), and that was that. It could not have been any easier. I was incredibly happy. I WILL DEFINITELY use Energy Masters again in the future. In fact, I already have another project or two in mind!

I am a real estate agent and I had clients in need of a last minute window replacement, which was required before the loan would be funded. Calvin was able to meet me right away and gave a very reasonable estimate. We were under a very tight timeline, and Calvin and Lori did everything they could to help us meet our deadlines. The windows are in and they look great. I highly recommend Energy Masters Direct. They are friendly, professional, prompt and good at what they do!
