Jamie Ashley built an addition for us in 2015. 2 years later, numerous problems started to arise. He was contacted and he came to look at it. After that he started ignoring all means of communication. His insurance should cover the damages and he will not give me that information. Do not do business with him, as he does not stand behind his work and is not insured.

On May 17, I met with Jamie Ashley, & paid for material for a roof, that was to be delivered the very next day. It has been nothing but excuses, since that day & is now Aug 4th. I trusted him, because he is an extended family member & have known him my entire life. Weeks have gone by without communication & ignored text & phone messages. I finally took my request public & posted to his timeline on facebook that we need a return call! No info was put out for the public to see, but his guilt got the better of him & he blocked my account from messaging him! I did some googling this morning and theft of $500 or more is considered a felony in Ky. I will be following up with county attorney on Monday morning.

James Ashley is a con artist. Never ever higher this crook. He will take your money and start the job and not finish. On the Porch website he embellished the job. Put in work that wasn’t in the contract. Breached the contract five times. Took 70% of the contract money and did one third of the job. I caught him in so many lies it was pathetic. HE IS A THEIF.
