Optimum Cleaning Services

This service offers holiday light installs through Home Services at Amazon. I hired him through them and paid a fee as agreed for a specified length of time for the project. He didn't complete the project during that time and insisited that I pay him for the additional hours which I did because I didn't know I wasn't supposed to. Amazon confirmed that if he didn't complete the project per agreement he was not supposed to charge me. He took advantage of two disabled people and did a horrible job. PIctures are available if anyone wants to see them. I have filed my claim with Amazon. This man thinks he is in the clear but the fact is he ripped me off. Buyer be ware. His handyman skills for holiday light installs is horrible. His dishonesty is our problem.

I hired optimum cleaning services to put together some newly purchased furniture for me (I had no time), and also install (2) flat screen TVs with wall mounts, and new outlets. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They even did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Charlie and team are great. I will be calling them again.
