After being a "no show" two times, Dan, the owner, finally showed up. We had a leak from the shower drain upstairs causing a drip in our ceiling downstairs. From start to finish he was here about 3 hrs, only was working about 1 hr. He opened up the ceiling drywall, 1x2ft hole, and replaced a broken PVC "T" pipe. He charged us $1900.00 for the pipe replacement (sawed out old black "T" and glued in new piece). Since then, we have come to find out that the usual and customary rate is $300-450 for this. Doesn't answer our calls. If you are thinking about hiring this company...DON'T!!! They are not honest, and will lie to your face and rip you off like they did to us.
