We originally called John last summer because the AC quit. He stopped by after hours on his way home. He diagnosed the problem (terminally clogged do to homeowner fail), cleaned the mess up and got the system up in running that afternoon. He subsequently installed a kitchen faucet that required serious problem solving. Charges absolutely reasonable. John Burns is the real deal. Competent, intelligent and honest. I wish there was a score higher than Outstanding. (Plus he respects good coffee).
