I wrote a review about this business, owner saw review and contacted me right away. Explained that this is not how they do business and the problem will be taken care of. He came out personally looked at the problem and told us just what we needed to do, and what Rock Solid would do if that did not work. Now this is what I call great CUSTOMER SERVICE. Built a house called Rock Solid to waterproof foundation. Had water issues. Called over and over for them to come fix. Was told they did not warranty work and they would not fix. Although it states clearly on website they warranty. Called Drydog and was told they have not done business with them in years! Should have used the company we normally use. I guess you get what you pay for.
