This is my personal experience; I just wanted to update the mis-diagnostics from this company and stress that anyone calling this company out for help in their heating or a/c systems would take my personal and protected opinion to obtain a second opinion before committing to any diagnostic statements made by this company ior any of its representatives ;The a/c unit that I was told by an employee of this company that my a/c unit would need to be replaced in less than 10 minutes at my house and how the pressure was applied to me to finance a brand new unit that almost cost our family $ 5,000.00 . The a/c unit - compressor that I was told was shot and could not be repaired was actually repaired by a second company I called out for less than $ 125.00 and low and behold it is still working great thru out this summer and continues to operate properly. The owner of this business made accusations that were not true and all I wanted was my service fee reimbursed and yet he attacked me verbally and had his lawyer call to threaten me , but we all know the supreme court ruled anyone including me can post a review as long as it is true and reflects my personal experience with this or any company doing public business. I have not heard back from anyone and do not expect to but wanted the general public to know to always get a second opinion no matter who it is , especially this company ..thanks for your time reading about MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE !!

I called this company out in good faith when my ac system was not working properly. the technician arrived and almost immediately stated the ac compressor was bad he stated nothing else except that it would cost me $ 2,500.00 to fix the issue and it would not be guaranteed , unless I agreed to a brand new unit @ 4 4,900.00 and they started immediately pressuring me to start financing , while the technician was not even done filling out the receipt and his diagnostics . I advised them not at this time and I called another local company out and they were here and less than 30 minutes determined the only thing and let me repeat the only think wrong was a hard start sensor/relay ..they replaced it and wow the system is working great and only cost less than $ 300.00 . I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called the company and requested my $ 45.00 cash payment of service call and the owner got on the phone and quickly became abusive and threatening lawsuits if I post a poor review, well owner this is my personal experience and it is protected by the supreme court as nothing i post is wrong or slanderish so go along and try and take advantage of people in this unprecedented time . Good luck should have just admitted your technician was wrong and his attempt to get me to pay $ 4,900.00 for a new unit was also misleading as my old unit is working great and has been since it was repaired for just $ 300.00 good bye and good luck in your future business adventures lets all hope you become more understanding of the public wallets
