Embolden Paint and Flooring LLC

I believe that I was misled by an employee of Embolden. I felt that I was promised an installation date of 12/26 then paid my deposit. When I texted to confirm that the installation crew was installing the carpet, he replied that they were working on it. I went to the house and found no workers and no work done. I felt strung along as I believed that they would complete the installation the next day. After 4 days of being led to believe the work would be completed that day and no one even showing up at the house, I requested a refund. I have been frustrated in my attempts to have my deposit refunded. I have requested to speak to the owner multiple times and have never received a call from the owner. I believe I lost 10 days of rent due to being misled and work never completed. I have just had a whole-house painted and floor re-finished completed by Embolden Flooring and Paint. Though I don't typically post reviews, this experience has inspired me to do so! From start to finish, the quality of their work has been nothing short of exemplary. Original estimates were held to, even when extra work was necessary. I definitely give Embolden the 5-star/As good as it gets rating!

What a great experience. The entire Embolden team was professional, enjoyable to work with and did a wonderful job as they painted my entire home that I just moved into. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!
