Craig patched a hole in our ceiling, cut down a table, and finished the upper portion of our fireplace. His work is outstanding. He worked patiently with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He was also very efficient as well as affordable. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Craig stripped and stained my deck and replaced damaged siding on my chimney. Throughout the entirety of both projects, Craig was in contact daily and provided detailed updates on the status and any issues encountered. More importantly, when repairing the siding on my chimney Craig had the integrity to point out that without further work to the roof the new siding would likely get damaged in the same way and recommended a couple of potential solutions. In summary: without a doubt I would recommend Craig and Midlo Home Solutions to anyone looking for home repair projects!

Craig was quick to give us an estimate of work to be done. He also provided alternatives, i.e. repair vs. replace, etc. He showed-up when he said he would and did what he said he would do (plus some). Very professional, VERY DEPENDABLE and great work. I will definately use him him the future and will recommend him to neighbors and friends.

Deck wash and stain | Aug 2016 | Clients wanted their deck pressure washed but due to the age, I recommended a deck wash followed by staining with a clear finish. | $470 | Midlothian, VA
Cabinet roll outs | Aug 2016 | Customer wanted easier access to the bottom kitchen cabinet storage. These trays were built to fit each cabinet size and each has a full extension slide. | $980 | Chesterfield, VA
Kitchen cabinet roll out shelves | Aug 2016 | The client wanted better access to the lower kitchen cabinets. The initial request was an off the shelf solution but this would not work for a few reasons. The final solution included fabricating wooded trays which slide out from under the cabinet using full-extension drawer glides. The trays were made from stain grade pine with birch plywood bottoms. | $980 | Chesterfield, VA
Ceiling fan replacement | Aug 2016 | Customer supplied ceiling fan replaced existing fan | $90 | Midlothian, VA
Adirondack furniture | Jul 2016 | Build an Adirondack chair, table, foot stool from re-purposes lumber | $400 | Midlothian, VA

Porch Railing replacement | Jul 2015 | Customer had the original porch railing and some balusters were falling out, the bottom rail was falling down and both posts were rotten. I replaced with new, better materials. | $515 | Chesterfield, VA
Kitchen cabinet roll outs | Aug 2016 | Customer wanted to improve the access to lower cabinet storage in the kitchen. I built custom sized roll out drawers/trays on full extension slides. Each drawer is built to fit the cabinet and is polyurethaned to protect it. | $990 | Chesterfield, VA |
