I am very disappointed with the survey/plat completed by NTT Associates for my property. Their plat shows my driveway within the outlines of my property, but an accurate review by a different surveyor verified my property to be located on my neighbor’s property. This error documented on the NTT Assoc. plat will cost me thousands of dollars to correct. I contacted Mr. Hudgins at NTT Assoc. requesting his assistance in paying for the cost to fix this error. He said he would not assist in paying for the cost to correct the error. I will never use NTT Assoc ever again, and I would never recommend their services to anyone.
