Professional Camail landscaping

Simple shut off valve replacement project was a disaster. Not only did the new valve not get installed (at all) but my house water supply was off all day and I had to take over to at least get the home back up on line. Porch needs to do a better job vetting the folks they are sending out. For whatever reason skill sets (if they were there in the past) have faded. Sorry as the gentleman was a nice guy but we needed a successful repair.

I hired professional camel landscaping for outdoor water fountain and some landscaping work for front and backyard. I have a horrible experience with the company. The owner is only after money, they have unskilled worker and cut corners.. my outdoor water feature has taken more than 5 months now and it’s still not done.. the fountain keeps leaking and has not been fixed yet..he has charged exorbitant amount above 190k for fountain and landscaping work which included pergola and gazebo installation. The quality of work is really bad.. they have unskilled crew and do not know the trade. I went the professional camel landscaping because porch recommended them to me. I am surprised porch didn’t do any background check on the company. I have spent huge of money and now I feel cheated as the owner backtrack on every work item that was discussed before signing contract. I want porch not to recommend this business to anyone.
