Brown Oaks Flooring

Beware of Brown Oaks flooring they do not stand behind their work. Contracted Jeff to put in hickory wood floors and new stair treads in my house and he left my house a disaster. Three weeks after the hickory floors were installed the floors started cupping throughout my entire house. Jeff said they were under warranty for a year and wanted me to wait through the winter months to see if they would lay back down. My floors have since gotten worse over the year and Jeff has now said it’s not his fault and will not fix them. We had a certified national flooring inspector come out to the house and he reported that the floors were installed poorly by the flooring company. We also had 3 other flooring companies say that my floors cannot be fixed and they will need to be pulled and replaced. Beware of this company they do not stand behind their work and now I am suing Jeff to recoup the cost of fixing my floors he installed.

Great workmanship on a small repair I needed.
