Daley Home Inspections, LLC

Hello and thanks for looking in to my company. My name is Jason Daley I am the owner and sole inspector for Daley Home Inspections. My focus is on providing thorough, detailed reports so you will be informed on your purchase. My inspections meet and usually exceed the standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors. I have a background in residential construction and have been remodeling and working on homes since I was in elementary school. My family took pride in every home we owned and with that came a great deal of renovations and remodeling. I also have professional experience remodeling homes. After my years working as a carpenter building additions and renovating homes, I went on to work as an insurance underwriting inspector. As an insurance inspector I have looked at thousands of homes of all values to include homes of 10,000 sq.ft. and larger. My carpentry experience as well my insurance experience allow me to bring a well rounded background to every inspection. I am licensed in the state of Tennessee and meet all state requirements. I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors which establishes a strong code of ethics and a standards of practice, their standard of practice has been adopted by many states. My inspections are not fast, they are not bias to the sale of the home, I work for the buyer and my report is to make sure the buyer is informed about the home they are purchasing. My inspections usually run from 3-4 hours and are completed with a computer generated report which includes photos and sometimes videos. I also encourage my clients to attend the inspection and ask questions. Your report will be delivered no later than the following morning and I am always available for any questions either on the phone or through email.
