If I could leave zero stars, I would. 7 months ago the owner himself and his people, came to our house to measure our windows. It took 3 weeks for them to bring glass for our glass room. None of those glass pieces fit our frame and the measurements. Every glass sheet was way too small on every side. Et least 20 inches smaller. I was told that that's what we ordered and that's what they made. Finally the owner suggested to us to change the frame, to fit their glass. I refused and asked them to redo their work and to bring us what we ordered, according to measurements. It took 5 months for them to feed us with "Mondays". They were saying there was some shortage at the glass manufacturer and it's not easy to get the large size glass we need. Finally 6 weeks ago they informed us that they got the glass and just need to cut it for us. We were promised to have glass ready the following Monday. 6 weeks later, we are still fed with "Mondays". Also keep in mind, they never call you to inform what is going on with your order. You have to call them yourself every time. Now, we have lost more than 7 months of our time and half price on the glass payment they charged us in the beginning. My mistake was, that I didn't look at their google reviews before getting into the business. My advice to everyone who needs glass, is to pass the Taylor Glass & Windows and to look elsewhere. Check other reviews too. They are not reliable and not worthy of your business.
