First of all it took 6 weeks after first talking to Dave Imus, for him to commit two doing the dura skirt on my manufactured home which by the way was on a concrete slab. Once the work did start it was like having a couple of 12 year old kids out here doing the work! Vertical seems nowhere near vertical, with huge gaps underneath that you could fit your fingers in. Told them where I wanted the three accesses for underneath the home. They missed one by 6 ft the other nearly eight feet!! Dave Imus was told up front that I wanted it rodent-proof he assured me that would be no problem! Hardly the case at all!! It's been 5 months now he assured me that he would grout the bottom gaps and seams where they meet the other concrete...... still waiting!!! I would never hire them again nor give anybody a reference for them!! Horrible contractor with terrible communication skills!! Anybody who tries to reach them would be lucky to get a call back within any reasonable amount of time.

First contact for an estimate was 11-2014; drove from our home in Whatcom County to CCP in Mt. Vernon. Was told by owner that he would stop by and give us an estimate within about 2 weeks. Heard from a very sharp, rude salesman 2 wks. later and we said the owner told us he would be giving us an estimate. Salesman said NO, he was only one giving estimates, so we canceled. November 2015 drove to CCP and talked to the owner again, who said that salesman no longer worked there and he would give us an estimate. Again requested he call and schedule a time. However 2 wks. later the brothers drove up, without a call/time schedule, and honked for me to come out. They gave me a verbal estimate based on our home/requirements, and I asked that a written estimate be sent to us. I received a brief, non-descriptive email estimate that did not match up to our in-person estimate and was also quite a bit higher. This estimate was for CCP skirting, front porch/steps/railing/cover, and back deck/steps/cover. I sent an email stating I wanted to come down to talk to them about the estimate, requesting they verify they would be there to go over their estimate. I never received a reply back. 2 trips from Whatcom County to Mt. Vernon, numerous calls, several emails, and no answer until I received an email request from them to rate them and "their work" on Porch, so they could grow their business! They never went over their estimate to correct the errors on it, and they never performed any work. They sent us an email asking us to rate them on the "work done" but couldn't respond via phone or email to our request to go over/correct their estimate, and possibly talk about scheduling work to be done. Don't know what's going on with this company; they seem to have a slick website and what appears to be a good skirting product, but customer commitment and follow thru is missing.

They took the time to study the sloping problems of my existing gravel driveway and come up with a viable design to keep the water from digging channels in the gravel.
