North Star-Paige Apartments

I moved to this area in September to be closer to our children .rent a house in Flippin from Aaron and paid deposit paid the rent there was a propane fee for the gas that was in tank been paying it with rent never not paid rent i guess they are leasing this house from the family that lost their mother i guess she was set up on some kind of program with the propane company because i received a letter from Paige stated i owed 287.00 for propane put in the tank every body knows we had a snow storm hit in .febuary when the temperature dropped to 5 degree. It cost us 400.00 the following monday we got up to no heat and my mother lives with me she is 75 years old called Aaron was told to me we have to pay a bill thats not in our name and we didnt order it and we never seen a truck come here i guess the bill went to the office i got a copy of the bill and a letter tell me that i need to pay it in full we are on a fixed income i had to hang up he has me and my mother upset knowing we had paid them rent 1047.00 on the 3 of February and spent 400.00 on the following thursday we had no heat from monday until thursday afternoon went yesterday dropped off rent on full not late and we checked the mail say we have to have 287.00 by today are we would be charged 25.00 dollars for late fee and 50.00 if not paid and if that not paid we will be moved out of our house and we have spent our rent money and this man Aaron is knows he is taking advantage of us. Thats our experience with paige taking advantage of us .
