Howard Construction, Inc. was incorporated in 2000. The North Carolina Company is licensed as a General Contractor for the purpose of constructing commercial building projects and residential projects consisting of customized new homes, remodels and renovations; four season rooms, decks, porches, garages and other specialized projects. The company is owned by Jeff and Barbara Howard, husband and wife; each having a 51% and 49%% ownership in the corporation. Jeff functions as the President and Barbara functions as the Secretary/Treasurer of the company.
