Christian Plumbing first opened it's doors in 1974 to serve the western North Carolina and north Georgia area. Now we are a second generation family business. A brief description of our history is as follows. David Christian Hobby started Christian Plumbing in 1974. At first he conducted the business from his home in Brasstown. By 1983 it outgrew his home and he moved the business to the E.C. Moore Building in downtown Murphy (the former Dodge dealer location). At this time the business focus was primarily on commercial service. In 1990 Christian Plumbing moved into its present location on 129 north, the Blairsville (Murphy) highway. The business continued to prosper and in the early 90's expanded into full-service residential. Recently, the business passed to the second generation. Jason Christian Hobby, David's oldest son. Jason took over the business in July 2009, continuing the family tradition of serving the community with reliable, quality plumbing services. We strive to lead the industry in our area with the highest level of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
