Glen knows what he’s doing. I stayed with him while he was trouble shooting my problem and had the opportunity to see how he thinks things through. It all made sense and gave me no reason to question his knowledge or honesty, and let’s face it, those are the two things we who are inexperienced need most. He gave me choices on how to proceed, got all the right parts and corrected both problems. The price was very fair. I now have a great plumber.
