Bought a part to fix refrigerator after tornado. Bought wrong part had for 5 min and they would not return. Run from this place!

I made an appointment online and received 2 confirmations. After waiting 2 weeks and ALL day long for them to show up, I finally got someone to answer the phone that said they weren't coming, that they had called to change the date which was an absolutely not true. They confirmed the date. I had dental appointments the day they said they rescheduled and would never have agreed to that date. I have used them in the past and been very pleased. Will never use again. So sad, this was an excellent business in years past.
