I have built custom residential homes, commercial and industrial buildings, restaurants and have done extensive remodeling and renovation of all types of buildings. Performed property maintenance for dozens of apartment complexes (several hundred units) in La Jolla, California. Performed extensive property renovation, maintenance and management for 6 four-plex units and 1 twelve-unit apartment complex in Hemet, California.
