THE HANDYMAN CAN

The owner has bad customer service skills. He sent a handyman that was unqualified for the job and when I called to tell him, he said he would send someone by the end of the week, each week I would have to call to get an answer from him. It's been a month and I'm done with this company, I do not want them in my house ever again. He hasn't sent anyone to fix it and he hasn't refunded me my money. He says I signed off on the projects when I never saw an invoice before the alleged signiture was given. I told Homeadvisor where we hired him from that the only signature that I signed was the credit card signature on the handyman phone. I've never used a handyman before we moved into our new house and he has left me with the worse experience. BEWARE and don't use this company. I have filed a complaint with Home Advisor and I'm talking to a mediator to help me get my money back.
