Homescapes Residential Designs

I decided to do my own home design so I would have my forever home built to my wants. Trying to get through this process with Michelle was a difficult experience. The first set of prints I received from her were nothing at all like my sketch. My design request were normally not incorporated into the plans which drug the design process out for way too many months. Needless to say there were many cancelled meetings due to her kids baseball games and other activates. At the end of it all I had to correct her invoice.

As a former owner of a residential construction company, Michelle was my architect. She did an Excellent job from customer relations to delivering Spectacular home plans. I would highly recommend Michelle and Homescapes!

Michelle was the architect on both of the homes that we built. She did an absolutely fantastic job from inception to completion. She brought so many great ideas to the table to incorporate into our home and was a master at use of space and making sure we got the most out of every square foot in our house.
