Keys Done Rite

The absolute worst. Called for emergency assistance at 3am. Woman answered phone and stated I called the wrong number, I apologize and we disconnected. Lorenzo called back 10 minutes later for business. A family of 5 (the adults, two small children)lost keys to car. He said he would charge $275 because it was 3am after calling back for business. Asked if we could wait until next day or Monday, I informed him we preferred tonight due to emergency and children. Asked how much charge would be next day, he said to call someone else. The worst service EVER. Never will refer this company to ANYONE.
