I would not recommend eStar builders as a contractor. I entered into a contract with Ron and Bea Epperson, the owners and they have abandoned the build. The home was to be completed the 1st week in July 2018. They will not return my calls, answer my emails. They came to the build site when I was not there and removed their construction equipment. When I started this home build it was my dream and Ron and Bea truly made me feel like I was family, they treated me well and construction was going well. Then cost overages started. It was about the time that I asked for all invoices and documentation as to why the project was exceeding the project budget that they abandoned the project. I have asked for the keys to my property back and project build items I have already paid for and they are not responding to my request. I am now forced to seek legal representation. Don't trust them they will rob you blind, destroy your dreams, and leave you holding the bag.
