I clean residential and light commercial (condos/apartments/hotels) dryer vents using high pressure air with a rotary brush system. I access piping behind dryer and connect my equipment to existing piping, while also cleaning up all lint and debris behind, around and on rear of dryer. I also clean piping inside of dryer and the lint trap as well. All lint exiting system will be cleaned up after completion of cleaning. Booties are worn and sliders placed under dryer to prevent scratching or staining floors. I currently work with quite a few management companies and HOA's, Including Premier, LitustoLet, Omni, Sweetgrass, Strand, Nicoletti, Semper Fi, Barefoot Vacations, Barefoot Paradise, Old Colony, Park Avenue Properties, Pinnacle, Above Par Management Companies to name a few. I also have held contracts or have current set pricing with these following communities or HOA's : World Tour, Broadway Station, International Club, Arcadian Lakes, Park West, Deer Track Villas, Myrtle Beach Villas, Fairway Village, Green Tree III, Teal Lake, Dogwood Estates, Anchorage I, Riverbend Community and Ocean Pines I. A few of the communities that I have a strong presence in, through word of mouth are Myrtle Trace, Myrtle Trace South, Brunswick Forest (Leland, NC), Waterford Plantation and Litchfield by the Sea as well. I have personally cleaned over 2,000 dryer ventilation ducts over the last 2 years. I can clean dryer vents that exit through the roof, eaves, side or foundation. Inline booster fans are no problem to work around either. It usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes longer than a normal cleaning. I can also remove birds and nests using a special extraction tool for safety of the birds. The cost of a dryer vent cleaning is only $45, well below the average while using the same processes and equipment as everyone else in the industry.
