Kevin Power did an inspection on my home last week. In his report he noted powder post beetle damage in attic and termite activity on front porch. Due to this report my buyer backed out . I had Griggs and Brown out today to have a look.The man who came out is a branch manager with over 30 years experience and has an entomolgy degree. He did not find evidence of either. Kevin is not qualified to even make a report of pest damage when clearly he doesnt even know what he is looking at. Not quite sure he has the letters next to his liscence qualifying him to ascertain pest damage. I'm sorry for the buyer who just paid him 800.00 dollars for an inspection that wasnt accurate. He lost a great house and I lost a sale. I would think twice about hiring this guy with a year of experience under his belt.
