Tom Hanlon does not back his work. I absolutely would not recommend him for any type of irrigation or landscape work. He did not winterize our irrigation system properly and the pipe burst this winter. He claims it is age of the pipe. I have had 3 plumbers look at the system and all three have said it was due to incorrectly winterizing the system and frozen water. Our pipes are copper and age of pipes is / was not a factor. Tom Hanlon does not back his work or tries to help his client. I am sorry to say that we cannot recommend his company. I absolutely would not use him for any irrigation issues.
