After 26 years in the fire service studying building construction and the destructive forces and elements that effect buildings I started Chief Home Inspector. My goal is to provide a thorough examination of my client's prospective property so that I am able to educate and provide them with the information they need to make good decisions. I give my clients peace-of-mind by thoroughly examining the condition of the home they already own or are about to purchase. Chief Home Inspector is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, Office of Banks and Real Estate (OBRE) to conduct Home Inspections. Chief Home Inspector is also a proud associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
