I asked Dutchman if they could install a new pump in my ejector pit. (which receives waste from the basement full bath toilet, shower and sink). They installed a $200 sub pump (for a drain tile pit) instead of a sewage pump (which can pass up to 2" particulates and toilet paper) in an hour and 15 minutes and charged me $850. I told them it is not the right pump for the application. They said they could replace the pump with a sewage pump at MY EXPENSE for another $450, even though they made the mistake.
