I hired an attorney to fire James Love and try to get back some of the $45,500 I had given him to remodel my condo. The work was to start in early July 2021 and be completed by January 2022. As of mid November the demo work had not even been completed. He had done limited electrical work without a permit which is illegal. James Love never gave me any of my money back. I spoke to the association at Wilderness CC where the condo is located and due to the amount of complaints, he is now banned from doing any work within the development. He also helped himself to my washer and dryer which I then had to replace.
