Beware. If you want a home builder that pays good attention to detail, then stay away from Nova Homes. My house was built by Nova contractors, and it is riddled with small issues everywhere. When you perform the final walkthrough in your new house you will compile a list of these problems that need to be addressed. However, it will take them MONTHS before they ever get finished with all of them. Mine are still not done and now they are trying to claim that I never reported them. I have a 5-month long email trail to prove otherwise. And don't expect Nova Homes to stay on top of all the needed repairs. You will have to hound them by calling their office each day just to see results. Then while they are at your house, they will accidentally damage other items as well. They came in to fix an electrical socket and ended up scratching my new dryer when they walked near it with their tools. 75% of the workers who show up don't even speak English so you can't engage with them while they're with you. They claim to be great at building your dream home but if you edit any of their floorplans their builders will forget what modifications you made. They will build the default layout as if there were no changes. You will have to remind them of the customizations you requested even though they are clearly in the blueprints they should be following during the build. They will need to return to the jobsite to correct their work and make sure it matches the blueprints. When you make any appointments with them at your house, you can expect them to be late. If you want a great example of how much they care about their work, I can show you a picture of my garage interior wall where they just painted over a wasp nest instead of removing the nest. Take my advice and go with a different builder.
