Old deck was demolished and a new deck was to be built in the existing place. This deck was an upper level so staging was used to build the deck with pressure treated lumber, rotted siding and old doors and windows were removed, new energy efficiant replacement sliders and windows were installed. A newer railing system was done to provide water view when sitting on the deck. this job was a labor/ materials estimate paid with installments as the project progressed,

Hired subcontractors to level lot, and build foundation which was time consuming. Other subcontractors worked in wiring, and insulation/sheet rocking. Each step took time to get subcontractors onboard. The client had an account with Hammond so I provided a material list. The best quality of cabinets, flooring and siding was used because that's what the client wanted. Labor was paid with installments as the project progressed. This project had a lot of extras done.

Client ordered siding from Lowe's and hired JT Custom Carpentry to install it . I also had to replace a couple of windows in the home. The home was wrapped in fan foil before applying the siding. I wrapped metal trim around the windows , doors and corners of the house.

former client contacted me to replace exterior windows and install new flooring inside the camp. After contacting several vendors, I found replacement windows and the client picked out flooring via online and purchased both. I had the windows delivered and picked up the flooring. This project was done long distant via emails and phone calls. I sent pictures as I completed each process and payment was sent in the mail to me. I will work with any client to make the process work.

Client hired me to build the house from start to finish. I contacted subcontractors for foundation, electrical, plumbing, interior sheet rocking, and insulation. This house has an open concept living area, finished basement, master bedroom with full bath, 3 bedrooms upstairs with shared full bath, and guest bath off living space. Client picked out cabinets, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, I was general contractor and supervised subcontractors that I hired. Client paid me for job in payments as different parts of the house were completed.
